Lavender for your Sacral Chakra

Lavender is an amazing scent and has a wealth of benefits.  In my recent blogs I have been touching on the subject of Chakras and I was surprised to find out that Lavender can be used for all the Chakras.  What a benefit that is!  

Lavender as Throat Chakra Essential Oil

Lavender is an adaptogenic essential oil, it works wherever it is needed.

The essential oil of Lavender is universal for all seven chakras. It works to calm strong emotions, release pent up energy, and allow for the life force to flow through the body.

As a sacral chakra essential oil, Lavender aids calmness and peace to arise during meditation or sleep, allowing one to connect with the Divine and with Spirit.
