Take time for Yourself

Rest and relaxation is soothing for the mind, body and soul. Coming to a peaceful location to relax and wind down is something you should consider doing. Taking time for yourself and to recharge is important.
Enjoying some days away with a loved one or a close friend is always worth it. The shift from the pace of your normal everyday life to a more relaxed one may well remind you how stressed you have been. Tiredness can catch up with you as all the little things you were doing are no longer there.
Yes life will carry on the same when you return home no doubt, but a break can also make you take stock and consider alternatives.  You may even decide to make changes in what you do do and to slow down a bit when you return home and to work. 
I know I have many changes I need to make in my life right now as I cannot do everything if I want to get to where I want to be in life.  What do you need to change to make your life better and how can you do that
