Some days you Struggle. You struggle to get out of bed, get dressed, finish that task, talk to that person, make that call, make that journey, feel happy or go out. The list is endless. Some struggles are beyond your control; it may be the environment you live in, the people you are with, your health, the regime/belief sets you live under for some people even. Everyone has some sort of struggle and you will find some days those struggles seem harder to deal with. What can you do? Well consider this. You got through yesterday right? Today may turn out better than you think. Someone else invariably has it worse - even if it's just in their head. Find and focus on the one thing that centres you and brings you peace. Take some deep breaths and carry on.
