Perseverance is key

The picture shows my crew checking out my product before the courier came to collect it.  Ok, maybe not, but the boxes in the hallway represent a long journey.  My product did not just happen.  There was a lot of wrangling with Amazon to get it ungated, then there were delays with the courier coming to collect it.  At every turn it felt like a battle.  Maybe you have been in a situation where you are trying to get something done, but it just doesn't seem to be happening.  Don't give up on yourself.  Keep going and remember the end result and what you have been aiming to achieve.  When you finally get there it will all be worth it.

Benefits of Cuticle Oil Day 4

I have already talked about the benefits of Cuticle Oil for your skin and nails and now I am going to talk about things you can do to keep them healthy.

So how can you keep your nails and cuticles healthy?

It requires a little bit of consistent maintenance, but it is worth it. Simply add a drop of Cuticle Oil to your cuticles and gently rub it in. You can by the same measure revive your dry cuticles by using cotton wool and warm water on the end of a cuticle stick and gently rub around the edges to push back and remove any dead cuticle, then apply a drop of Cuticle Oil and gently rub it in.

Things you can do to keep your nails and cuticles healthy

  • Always wear rubber gloves when doing housework; water and detergents will soften your nails.
  • Always use a base coat to stop any staining on your nails.
  • Avoid nail products that contain DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor as these will strip your nails of their nutrients.
  • Keep your nails all the same length and don't let them grow too long.
  • Treat your hands, cuticles and nails by applying a thin layer of moisturising face mask, then wrapping them in cling-film for 30 minutes.
  • Avoid polish removers that have acetone in them as they will strip your nails and leave them very dry.
