Here's a simple and veggie way to be more healthy

Try Veggies to be more healthy

If you have followed my 14 days of drinking water then hopefully you are also thinking of other ways to be more healthy this year. Drinking more water each day is a cost effective and simple way to help your health and well being. Another simple change you could make is to add more vegetables to your grocery cart or shopping basket.

Learn to love your veg

Vegetables are a great way to bulk out your diet in a healthy way as most are low in fat and calories and can help you if you are aiming to slim down or just to be healthier. Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fibre, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C and as an added bonus they bring lots of colour to your food. Potassium rich diets can also help reduce your blood pressure.

Not keen on too many veg?

Doterra GREENS are another ways of getting the benefits of your fruit and veg in an easy to take supplement that provides the body with essential nutrients, supports immune and digestive health, weight management and contains all natural ingredients. It is also GMO, gluten free and Vegan friendly. Just add it to water or a suitable beverage for maximum benefit.

DoTerra oils are totally natural and non toxic. Anything that has citrus in it will be uplifting, while things like Peppermint and Lavender help to lift your mood. Don't know where to start?
