Push Yourself

I am preparing myself for a weekend of seminars.  "What? Again!" I hear you cry.  It isn't my comfort zone.  You may find yourself doing things that feel strange to you, but you have to think of the bigger picture.  Today you may feel nervous, worried about this, but further down the line it will be the easiest thing to you and you'll wonder what all the fuss was about.  If you don't you could miss that opportunity, that person, that thing, that event, that one special moment that cannot be repeated.  Now don't get me wrong, you don't have to be a FoMo person and there is a balance.  Fear is a complex thing and it can affect how you deal with things, but don't make fear of anything rule your life.  Get on with the important stuff first and learn to prioritise wisely.
