Can a coffee drink really give you more energy? Part 5

Revital U Coffee

Let's talk about Revital U coffee. You may or may not have heard of it before, but the way this company is growing you're sure to at some point.
If you've ever been trapped in a job you don't like, you'll understand why I was so desperate to leave mine, but having a home, a mortgage and bills to pay it felt like it was going to be an impossibility. Starting a business with no knowledge on how to run one properly put me at a distinct disadvantage and while it was succeeding, The Happy Foot Clinic wasn't going to leave me with a big pension either.  Something needed to change. 2017 was the year I took action and started to look at ways I could turn the business around. I'd started selling on Ebay and seriously in 2015 and it had been doing really well, but it was erratic and time consuming when things were selling well. I took business courses and spent a fair bit of money to try and work out the business conundrum.  It was through this that we met Kathryn and she in turn introduced us to Revital U.

A coffee with added benefits

Revital U wasn't love at first sight. To be honest I thought the packaging was gross, it didn't appeal visually and the drink itself was yuck. My husband wasn't bothered by such things and thought it was ok, but neither of us was enamered by the price of $/£50 for a tub. Ok so it lasts you a month, but so what? You only need one cup a day. And? My husband seemed to be going through extortionate amounts of sugar. It felt like he was always buying another bag of the stuff. Hardly surprising when you think he had a few spoons in his coffee or tea, ladles of the stuff on his cereal. That is without counting the hidden sugar in chocolates, biscuits, sweet snacks, cakes and the like. Convenience food is great, but not always the best.

In April 2018 that we began to look at Revital U differently and I had been taking some speaker training for the business so I started to use these classes to hone and talk about Revital U. It was an eye opener, because whilst practicing my talks I was iterating the benefits of Revital U and the ingredients in it. It started to make sense as to why people would want to use it.
Each ingredient within your Revital U has been carefullly chosen for the benefits it provides.
100% Arabica Coffee to tackle oxidative stress.

Octodrine helps metabolic functions, improves athletic performance and helps increase mental focus and clarity.

L-theanine
Known as the “feel- good” amino acid, science shows that L-Theanine provides and assists with the calming effects on the brain, by nutritionally increasing the levels of serotonin and dopamine. Often used in many weight control products, it naturally provides a relief from anxiety and stress, which is a common cause for over-eating and weight gain. L-theanine is thought to weaken the negative side effects of caffeine.
It’s often used as part of a stack. “Caffeine plus L-theanine” and is one of the world’s most popular nootropic stacks. L-theanine is an amino acid that can purportedly provide anti-stress and anti-anxiety effects (“anxiolytic”). The amino acid is derived from tea leaves. L-theanine is not common in a standard diet – which is why most of us get our L-Theanine content from supplements and our diet (it’s found in green tea, for example).

Look out for my next blog to find out what other ingredients your RevitalU has in it and how they help you.
