Tips to slim in under 10 days

There are lots of reasons that you may have to want to be slimmer. For your health, to feel better about yourself, to fit your clothes more easily or for a special event you are attending. There are lots of reasons and each will be personal to you. Here are some simple tips you can try to kick start your weight loss. 

7. Run!

Get yourself a good pair of running trainers and go out and have a good run. Start with a shorter run and build up your running time. Running and jogging will help you to burn calories, reduce stress, suppress appetite hormones and tone up. You will also continue to burn calories for as long as 2 hours after you stopped running. If you find running causes you issues with your feet, ankles, knees or hips then you could consider cycling, which is another great way to burn calories. Don't like going out on your own? Join a running club or go running with a work colleague or friend of a similar ability. You could also sign up for charity runs to give yourself a goal to aim for.
