Remind yourself about what you want to achieve

If you have something you really want to do then you really really do have to keep reminding yourself of that fact. Because if you don't, chances are life will get in the way and the things and people that push and pull you in different directions will take over. 

Use a planner diary

Planner or goal diaries are brilliant because each day you are going to have goals and agendas that you will want to achieve. They help you to map out your day, but also if you are aiming to achieve a goal you can write that in there ever day. Some people find that gratitude journals do a similar things. You write every day in there what you are thankful for in that day, but you also write as if you have achieved your goals and give thanks for that as well. 

You could print out your goal in a few big words that you can repeat like a mantra (“Exercise 15 mins. Daily”), then post it up on your wall or refrigerator. You can put your goat anywhere where you will be looking at it. Next to your computer. You could set a repeat message on your smart phone that you read daily. Big reminders about your goal will help you to be reminded of your aims, it will keep you focussed on your goat as well as making you excited about it. Can you put an inspirational picture with your goal as well?
