Think about your goal every day
If you think about your goal every day, it is much more likely to happen. Putting your goal or aim somewhere where you can see it everyday will help and you can send yourself daily reminders through your phone or computer as well. Write it down in your diary. Even if you give just 5 minutes each day doing something towards your goal you are more likely to achieve it.
