More ways to re-energise. Day 5

Where has all your energy gone?

With lifestyles that are more busy and hectic than ever before it is no surprise that you may feel that you have no energy and are constantly tired. If you are of good health then it is natural that at different times of the month your energy levels will be different and that is natural. Even the weather or seasonal changes can affect your mood and energy levels. If you are constantly tired though it may be that your body is telling you to slow down and take some rest. But there could be some simple solutions to the problem that revolve around your lifestyle and habits.
If you have already seen them, you will have learned on my other blogs that being too serious, spending long times in front of a TV or screen, not getting enough light, standing and sitting badly and eating foods that put you on an energy rollercoaster are all things that might be affecting your energy levels. Let's see what else can be affecting your energy and what you can do about it.

Don't skip breakfast

Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day, and yet so many people either skip it or substitute it with vitamins and coffee. Starting the day on an empty stomach is a no because your metabolic rate and other functions will slow to preserve energy. If you need to concentrate on something you're going to struggle on an empty stomach. Then the temptation will be to have something sugary later on, which will put you on the energy rollercoaster of highs and lows as your body goes from one extreme to the other. Vitamin pills have no energy in them either and relying on just caffeine alone for your energy isn't healthy either. If you want a nice steady stream of energy that will keep you nice and alert and focused then eat a balanced breakfast that combines slow releasing carbohydrates and protein, which stays in your stomach longer to give you more energy and add some fresh fruit for some of your vitamins.

Revital U products give you more energy, focus, better mood, help you to concentrate and can even help with weight loss. All you need to do is to drink one cup a day of either their smart coffee or cocoa or to take one smart cap a day to see and feel the difference.
