What do you do on your Sunday?

Sunday is one of those days. Yes I have loved the series on the books, but the books had so much more detail and depth and really make you consider how all the people and their stories and intertwined. Reading is in fact very stimulating because you don't have to passively stream the information, rather you need to use imagination and mental energy and make connections you wouldn't have had to make. You'll improve your language and communication skills, while your selective and sustained attention, cognition and imagination will be much better. And while you may be reading alone, it will help your mind to explore the relationships you are reading about in the book, which will help you to build your social skills in the wider world.

Is too much TV bad for you?
