What are you wearing on your feet?
As a Foot Health Practitioner I am always amazed by the things you put on your feet. The shoes and anything else you put on your feet say a lot about you and you will subconsciously make snap decisions about people based on their looks and what they are wearing whether you like to admit it or not.
With sunny and warmer weather arriving is is not unusual to see women and men even in summery clothing and walking around with flip flops on their feet. Sure flip flops feel like the ultimate summery option because they are light and your feet are exposed to the suns rays rather than being stifled by stuffy hot shoes or trainers. In truth though flip flops should only EVER been worn very briefly on the Beach, at the Pool, Spa or in Shared Showers. Anywhere else and you are doing your feet and the eyeballs of other passers by a massive disservice and there are some very interesting reasons why.
So far you have heard that Flip Flops expose your feet to bacteria, viral, and fungal infections, slow you down and make you more clumsy. There are more reasons to avoid the Flip Flops to walk around in.

They destroy your heels
That rather thin and unsupportive piece of foam between you and ground is going to accentuate your heel strike impact and if you are standing or walking in flip flops for long periods of time this could end up causing you pain.
The Happy Foot Clinic's very own scented cuticle oil range will help you to do just that. What's more you can use it on your hands and feet and with or without any nail polish or service. It is the only cuticle oil that uses a natural grapeseed oil base that is very nourishing, protecting and will help strengthen your nails and make ugly looking cuticles a thing of the past. It comes in 8 lovely scents - Lavender, Ginger, Rosemary, Marjoram, Frankincense, Peppermint, Cedarwood and YlangYlang and you can add some to your nails and cuticles throughout the day.
