I did a blog about Deep Breathing - in the sense that sometimes we need to breathe to become more present and to help deal with stress. It seems breathing is something people are interested in.  When I mentioned this to my husband he said it's really important in sports as well.  You need to breathe the right way when you exercise.  I hadn't even thought about that, but I guess it does matter as breathing the wrong way during exercise may well affect your performance.  So here are some helpful tips.
