Getting Back your Focus

Have you ever had that day after the event feeling?  You have been working on something really hard and all your energy and concentration has gone into it, but now that task is finished and done you feel a bit deflated.  You feel relieved, but kind of wound up still because all that energy is still in you. It feels like there are plenty of other things that now need your attention and it is playing on your mind because you can't decide where to start.  Sometimes you just need to take a step back and relax and forget all the other stuff.  Try and unwind a bit then set yourself some time aside to get onto the things you now need to concentrate on.  Prioritise the ones you need to do first and you'll soon your focus back.
