Where has all your energy gone?

With lifestyles that are more busy and hectic than ever before it is no surprise that you may feel that you have no energy and are constantly tired. If you are of good health then it is natural that at different times of the month your energy levels will be different and that is natural. Even the weather or seasonal changes can affect your mood and energy levels. If you are constantly tired though it may be that your body is telling you to slow down and take some rest. But there could be some simple solutions to the problem that revolve around your lifestyle and habits. 

Have you turned into a couch potato?

If you are sitting for long periods of time you may find that you have no energy and this includes being at work sat at your desk as much as does being sat at home 'relaxing.' In fact have you ever had that Sunday feeling where even though you have not done anything strenuous you feel absolutely tired out? Your body thinks you are going to sleep when you don't move around enough, which means if you want to keep your energy levels up you need to be stretching, taking a walk, having a good yawn and even getting some fresh air. If you have set break times at your workplace then use these to walk about and avoid eating at your desk. Make sure you walk to a canteen or rest area so you are moving around as much as possible.
