Having a bad day?

You ever have a day or two when you just can't seem to get anything done? You just can't get into that zone and the day is wasted doing meaningless tasks. Well don't worry, it happens even to the best of us. 

Let yourself have a break

Sometimes a change is as good as a rest and you have to accept that you can't be 100% everyday. If you find you are struggling with your goal today try and consider what the problem is. Are you run down or tired? Do you need to try a different tract? Have you got into a rut? These could all be reasons why you're not so motivated and if you can identify what is stopping you then you can get yourself back on track. Remember to share any worries or troubles you are having with your support network because there are sure to be people there that have had similar experiences and knowing that can make you feel better. Keep reading your goal and eventually you'll find your motivation agin. Even if you do take a break it won't hurt because when you start again you will be more motivated and things won't feel so stale. And sometimes taking a break can make you see something with new eyes and something that wasn't clear or obvious before suddenly presents itself with a solution and you find you go into a really productive period.
