Take your exercise outdoors for added benefits

Are you your own worst enemy when it comes to going outside? Maybe you make excuses about the weather, that program you were going to watch on TV or that you can't get away from your desk at work. There are lots of reasons to go outside and if you challenge yourself to do something different then maybe you will appreciate the benefits.

You'll have already learned that the average American spends 93% of their time inside in some shape or form and that pollutants that surround you indoors are more concentrated by 2 to 5x higher than any typical outdoor concentrations. The simple act of taking a walk outside can boost your creativity and focus, not only does it provide inspiration and some fresh air, but it is good for your body as well. Being outside can improve your mood and self-esteem and it can also increase your vitamin D levels, which could help you fight infections.

Make Exercising Better

Exercising indoors is nowhere near as fun as going outside especially if you are in a stinky gym or sports hall. Not only does it boost your mood being outside, it can also be more challenging because if you walk, jog, or cycle outdoors, you’ll have to expend more energy to overcome wind and changes in terrain, but you'll also have the added stimulation of a changing environment and things to look at.

Do you want a simple and fun way to bring natural scents into your home?
