Those High Heels are hurting your back!

What are you wearing on your feet?

As a Foot Health Practitioner I am always amazed by the things you put on your feet.  The shoes and anything else you put on your feet say a lot about you and you will subconsciously make snap decisions about people based on their looks and what they are wearing whether you like to admit it or not.

You may opt to wear high heels for work or going out because they make you appear taller, feel more feminine and look like you have longer and thinner legs. The trouble is they affect your gait and your posture changes that cause health problems from wearing them too often. When you step out your home are you making the best choice in shoes for your feet? Find out here what effect they have on the balls of your back.

High Heels cause and make back problems worse

Constantly wearing high heels if can send your back of alignment, while the ability of your spine to absorb shock is diminished causing pain. Vertebrae of the lower back may become compressed and your may also be overusing your back muscles again leading to pain.

Now you have thought about your health, how about treating your nails?

Feeling good about yourself also helps you to feel happier. The Happy Foot Clinic's very own scented cuticle oil range will help you to do just that. What's more you can use it on your hands and feet and with or without any nail polish or service. It is the only cuticle oil that uses a natural grapeseed oil base that is very nourishing, protecting and will help strengthen your nails and make ugly looking cuticles a thing of the past. It comes in 8 lovely scents - Lavender, Ginger, Rosemary, Marjoram, Frankincense, Peppermint, Cedarwood and YlangYlang and you can add some to your nails and cuticles throughout the day.
