How do you wind down and Relax?
My cat makes it all look so very easy, but relaxation is key to being healthy and it is good to take a day to wind down and take stock of your week or to prepare for the week ahead, whether it is summertime or winter. You may choose to do this on a Sunday at this is often seen as a traditional day of rest, but whenever you do this there are some simple things you can do. Read a book, meditate, do some yoga, go for a simple walk to get some fresh air. Take some time out from your social media, tv, computer, smart phone screen. Meet up with friends and family and have a talk and catch up. Do you have a relaxing hobby? Take some time to enjoy that. Whatever you do today, take some time for yourself and relax.
