Find out over the next few days simple things that you can do to look after your feet better.
Try this simple tip to look after your feet the best way
Keep between your toes dry
Always make sure that you dry between your toes after washing them because if you don't you could make your foot at risk from a fungal infection and remember athlete's foot is the same infection that causes nasty fungal nails! If you struggle to dry between your toes then spray something like some old perfume or aftershave that you no longer use. The alcohol in them quickly evaporates and helps dry the skin, while the perfume will add a pleasant scent to your feet. If you don't have any of that a simple hand sanitiser will do the trick, but again if you can't reach try a spray hand sanitiser. Don't want the alcohol? Again some hand sanitisers are alcohol free and will do the trick. You don't need to moisturise between your toes because this area can become a breading ground for bacteria that make your feet smell and moisturising here may only make that worse. The areas of your feet that will benefit the most from moisturiser are the tops of your feet, the soles and your heels. The best type of moisturiser for your feet is always one that is designed for your feet. And remember if you keep a foot moisturiser to hand or where you sit you are more likely to put some on your feet when they need it.

Nightly (or Regularly, 2-3 times a week) Foot Care Routine
Try
to spend a few minutes before bed every night taking care of your feet.
Wash them in warm water first, using ordinary soap or a foot wash
product, then pat them dry (especially between the toes), and apply some
foot cream – these are thicker than other moisturizers and often have
Tea Tree Oil or Peppermint as an ingredient, which have antiseptic
qualities and can keep odour and infection at bay. Work the cream into
the soles of your feet, but, as with any foot moisturizing routine, try
to avoid putting moisturizer between the toes.
The
most important thing about foot care is to do it regularly. Gently
pumice (or better, use a foot scrub product that gently exfoliates feet)
and massage your feet with baby oil once a week, and try to apply a
little moisturizer to the soles of clean feet every night, or at least
2-3 nights a week.
