What shape and size are your Pancakes today?

It's pancake day, and I even started the day with some pancakes, which was fun and tasty. Pancake day is actually Shrove Tuesday, which is the day that precedes Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. Many Christians give up certain foods for 40 days before Easter and it is a period of fasting, prayer, self examination and asking for God's help.

Pancakes are made with a simple batter mix of flour, eggs and milk heated in a hot pan with a little bit of oil to stop them sticking.

My favourite way to have pancakes is light and fluffy with sugar and lemon and I bet you have your favourite pancake fillings and toppings too. You may prefer yours soft and stodgy!

It's not easy making a foot shaped pancake!

You can have sweet or savoury pancakes depending on your preference.

Now you have treated your Tummy, how about treating your nails?

Feeling good about yourself also helps you to feel happier. The Happy Foot Clinic's very own scented cuticle oil range will help you to do just that. What's more you can use it on your hands and feet and with or without any nail polish or service. It is the only cuticle oil that uses a natural grapeseed oil base that is very nourishing, protecting and will help strengthen your nails and make ugly looking cuticles a thing of the past. It comes in 8 lovely scents - Lavender, Ginger, Rosemary, Marjoram, Frankincense, Peppermint, Cedarwood and YlangYlang and you can add some to your nails and cuticles throughout the day.

If you are in the UK, FR, ES, IT or DE then follow this link to get your bottle now.
