Eat more fibre to feel fuller for longer and stay slim

Tips to slim in under 10 days

Like it or not, what you eat will affect your waistline, but feeling hungry all the while is not fun. Try this tip to stay feeling fuller for longer.

Eat More Fibre

If you want to feel fuller for longer then look no further than high fibre foods such as oats, whole wheat flakes, muesli, fresh fruit and vegetables.  Higher fibre foods are less calorie laden, which means for the same volume of a calorie laden food you will consume less calories. You can also include fruit with every meal, and start your meal with a bowl of fresh, seasonal salad to help you feel fuller. Start your day with a breakfast packed with high fibre foods and you'll be less likely to spend your morning snacking on unhealthy foods.

There are lots of reasons that you may have to want to be slimmer. For your health, to feel better about yourself, to fit your clothes more easily or for a special event you are attending.

Remember these are the tips you will have already learned to help you kick start your weight loss.
  • Take a 10 walk after eating to burn calories and aid digestion
