Walk after eating to slim down

Tips to slim in under 10 days

If you want to slim down, but aren't sure how best to start, then here's a simple tip you can try.

Take a Walk after eating

Walking is a great simple and cheap way to exercise that will burn some calories and aid your digestion, while a quick walk is simply 5 minutes to a destination and 5 minutes back again. Even doing 5 minutes walking after a meal will improve your blood sugar levels because it helps to clear glucose from your bloodstream as it is taken up by your muscles. So don't sit in your chair like a potato, take a walk and get some fresh air and exercise.
There are lots of reasons that you may have to want to be slimmer. For your health, to feel better about yourself, to fit your clothes more easily or for a special event you are attending.

Remember there are lots of simple tips you can try to help you kick start your weight loss and this week I will be sharing with you some of the easiest that you can start with now.
