Do you struggle to find inspiration?

Sometimes you may find it hard to motivate yourself because you feel that there is nothing to inspire you. Maybe you have lost touch with the things that excite you and fill you with awe. 

Find what inspires you 

Inspiration can come from anywhere really. Some people look towards the actual people that inspire them, those that maybe they want to copy and emulate what they have achieved. Looking at how someone else has achieved what you want to do can help you and give you something to focus on. Maybe that person has written a book or has a blog you can read, or a podcast you can listen to. Even searching the internet about your goal and reading and listening to other people's success stories can be very motivational. 

But inspiration doesn't just have to come from the acts and thoughts of others. Even taking a walk in nature by the beach, the woods, the mountains, the fields, even in a cityscape looking at architecture can be inspirational. You could listen to music, go to an art gallery, the theatre, a concert, the ballet, an opera or even watch a film to find inspiration. Inspiration can come from anywhere any anything, but more importantly whatever does inspire you will help give you focus and motivate you.
