Go outside to have a better mood

Are you stuck indoors? Perhaps it is the weather, maybe you're at work or it could just be you're stuck in front of a TV doing watching nothing in particular and just can't motivate yourself to go outside.

You'll have already learned that the average American spends 93% of their time inside in some shape or form and that pollutants that surround you indoors are more concentrated by 2 to 5x higher than any typical outdoor concentrations. The simple act of taking a walk outside can boost your creativity and focus, not only does it provide inspiration and some fresh air, but it is good for your body as well.

Improve Your Mood and Self-Esteem

You know nature is a wonderful thing and has unique benefits above and beyond any kind of indoor exercise. If you have ever been in a sweaty smelly gym them you'll know exactly what I mean. Even 5 minutes of physical activity outdoor leads to improvements in your mood and self esteem. I just took a quick walk outside and all three cats joined in. It's those little interactions that make you feel better, while seeing the plants beginning to boom is always a pleasure too.
