Are you walking properly?
Walking seems like the simplest of things and you've probably been doing it for a good few years, but it is always good to go back to basics and get yourself walking the right way. If you are out and about in the nicer weather then you want to make the most of that. You will have learned in my previous blog about the importance of looking where you are going and holding your head the right way, while keeping your shoulders rolled back and down will make you look and feel more confident.
Hold your gut in and keep your hips aligned
You can still breathe, but this is more to pull your stomach and belly in slightly so that you engage your core muscles, while having your hips in the right place will see them neither too far forward or too far back. Make sure you stand tall, while holding your stomach and belly slightly in will also help you to keep your hips aligned. This will also make you appear more confident.
DoTerra oils are totally natural and non toxic and are a great way to express yourself as an individual. You'll have great fun learning about and experimenting with them. If you love to talk and show things to people you could even turn your passion into a business. Don't know where to start? Anything that has citrus in it will be uplifting, while things like Peppermint and Lavender help to lift your mood. You don't have to spend a fortune to start up and you'll know that what you are using supports you, your family and the environment.
Try this lovely trio starter kit and look out for my blogs on DoTerra oils to find out how you can start using them for your health, around your home and in your kitchen! These oils are very high grade and of exceptional quality, which means they can be taken internally and used on your skin also.
